When the Bugler took up his first Station Command he felt as though he had walked into the middle of a serious crime scene, which indeed he had; this involved a time served Sub~Officer who was subsequently charged with fraud by the Police Fraud Squad, and ultimately cashiered from the Service. As a consequence the station had a highly charged atmosphere which the Bugler likened to walking into a serious brawl in a darkened room not knowing who was brawling with whom or why; these similar circumstances arose at the Court of Appeal and its Register and was an exact parallel only this time the Bugler and his comrades had a fair good idea who the combatants were who were brawling over their submitted Appeal, and it was not them…in an astonishing twist it was the English Judiciary. So first we must place all the ‘players’ on the checkerboard and then work through the hugely embarrassing interplay, as the Bugler perceives it, and then, without all the answers, because presently that cannot be achieved, leave it to loyal Readers to make of their own minds for themselves who the guilty are, in what can only be described as the most bizarre display of ‘blood on the floor’ ever to occur before the Public gaze in the history of the English Court of Appeal which did not involve the jousters themselves but extraordinarily the Judiciary and their support staff though ‘support’ hardly seems to be the correct word to use … But first to the ‘players’ as the orchestra tunes up before the curtain rises on this scene of bizarre bewilderment, bemusement , or simply amusement? The Canker of Criminality ~ Exposing the ‘Games’ |
A ‘Wondrous Web’ of deceit, corruption; Judo/Political ‘Cronies’ in the ‘Dock of Public Scrutiny and Accountability’; innocent until proven otherwise but the Standard of Proof being the much fairer Scottish ‘system’; ‘Guilty‘ ~ ‘Not Proven’ (insufficient evidence one way or the other) ~ ‘Not Guilty’; Victim. That which follows in another Current Affairs Volume is the sequence of involvement and consequences of the accumulated evidence and minimalistically the speculation used to join up the dots of corruption but for the moment let us look at the criminal charges which ought to be raised against the individual… Where an individual believes they are unjustly accused the Bugler’s expectation is that this person will claim so by writing to the Bugler in defence of their role in this debacle and without redaction or censorship the Bugler will defend the TMB position and publish all the correspondence as open correspondence… |
